Shakeology progression

Once I finally got out of my own way and jumped in head first with Shakeology and P90X, I got in the best shape of my life.

It is quite humbling to be where I was 5 years ago.  I was depressed and in the worst shape of my life.  I had sleep apnea and my blood pressure and stress levels were high.  One day, I ‘flipped the switch’ in my head after seeing the P90X infomercial on late night TV and I bought it.  I didn’t start it right away because I was afraid.  I was afraid to fail.  I was afraid to get hurt.  I was afraid to change how I ate.

Thankfully, Shakeology took a huge part of the nutritional question out of the equation, but I still had to stop eating pizza and burgers 4 days a week and drinking beer all the time.  Don’t get me wrong, I still to this day enjoy all kinds of food!  But Shakeology is either my breakfast or my lunch every, single day and I eat constantly….five to six times a day!  I am NEVER hungry anymore.

It took me 52 weeks to lose 52lbs and I got into the best shape of my life.  It was hard work!  Today, not only do I look healthy, but I no longer have sleep apnea, my stress levels are reduced and I have optimal blood pressure….and maybe the best part is that I am happier today than I have ever been in my entire life!

Currently, I help hundreds of people around the country figure out how to do the same.  They come from all walks of life and have unique personal stories that require customized and personal coaching, daily motivation and an encouraging hand to lift them up when they are down.  I can help you too.
